This Char-Broil 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill features 500 square inches of cooking space, which is more than enough for the majority of your grilling needs. When used in conjunction with its adjacent side burner and drying rack, it has a total cooking area of 660 square inches.
Additionally, it features an excellent side burner, which we use to sear food after being cooked on the main grate. This side burner produces approximately 10,000 BTUs, which is quite powerful for a side burner.
We like that it contributes to a complete grilling experience by allowing you to cook at consistent temperatures on the main grill and then finish with a quick sear on the side burner.
